Shipping Policy

HydroJug ships to addresses within the United States. Standard Shipping is free.

Processing and transit times

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. After shipment, Standard Shipping normally takes 4–6 business days. Weekends and United States federal holidays are not business days. These timeframes are estimates and do not guarantee an exact delivery date.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the email used for the order after shipment. Carrier scans may take time to appear.

Address corrections

If an address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before shipment, but we cannot guarantee an address change after an order has shipped.

Delays, loss, damage, and incorrect delivery

Carrier delays may occur because of weather, high shipping volume, service interruptions, or address problems. If tracking is delayed, a parcel appears lost, a shipment arrives damaged, or delivery appears incorrect, contact us with the order number and relevant photos when available.
